Our Philosophy

Northwest Adjusting Services, Inc. was established in February of 1992 with the philosophy that the insurance communities of the Pacific Northwest and Alaska would benefit from a small, personalized claims adjusting service. Northwest Adjusting is dedicated to providing the highest quality personalized claim service in the industry. Our goal is to establish long-term claims adjusting relationships, and to work pro-actively with that clientele to efficiently manage their insurance claims to an expeditious and favorable conclusion.

Our combined fifty years of claims adjusting and investigation experience has clearly shown the value and necessity of personalized service.  Northwest Adjusting values foremost the long-term relationships with their clientele. How We Operate

To establish and retain long-term relationships Northwest Adjusting believes it is essential to provide clear, concise and regular communication with their clientele. To that end, our operating guidelines require regular narrative reporting to our clientele as well as a file review on a thirty day basis.  Additionally, we believe our client/claim database and computerized claim payment register provides the most effective tool in the industry for keeping the client apprised of how their claims are progressing.
